Smooth order, good support

I bought a Multi Zone Mini Split System and an HVAC Installation Kit. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, easy to find what I needed. Delivery was faster than I expected, the large boxes arrived within a week. One of the line set covers had a slight crack, but their customer support was quick to send a replacement after I emailed them. The units themselves are working great, very quiet. The Wi-Fi Smart HVAC Controller was easy to set up. Overall, a solid experience for such a big purchase. Just wish the packaging for the smaller parts was a bit sturdier.

Easy to order

Needed a new Dehumidifier for the basement, and this place popped up. The website was pretty easy to get around, which is always nice. I picked out a Della Dehumidifier, and it got here in about a week. Setting it up was straightforward, no drama. Only thing, the tracking info wasn't super detailed after it left the warehouse, but it got here. Happy with it.

Always reliable service

I ordered another Single Zone Mini Split for the guest house last month. This is my third large purchase from Dellahome, and they've been consistently good. Shipping took about 5 days to get here in Nevada, which is normal for them. The unit arrived in perfect condition, just like the others. Installation was smooth. I always come back because I know what to expect.

Good deal, long shipping

I was looking for a new portable air conditioner and found a good price here for a Della Portable Air Conditioner. The first order discount helped too. It was definitely a better deal than I saw elsewhere. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, but it arrived safely. Felt like I got my money's worth.

Solid mini split experience

I bought a Della Single Zone Mini Split and an HVAC Installation Kit. The ordering process was smooth, I picked it out pretty fast. Delivery took about 5 business days to reach my place in Colorado, which was reasonable for such a big item. Everything arrived in good condition, no dents or missing parts. I had a quick question about the refrigerant lines before installation, and customer support was responsive through their chat feature, helped clarify things within an hour. The unit itself is quiet and cools down my living room really efficiently. Only minor thing was the installation manual could use a few more diagrams for clarity.

Good deal on a portable AC

I needed a Portable Air Conditioner for my office and was looking for the best price. Dellahome had a good sale going on, and I got it for a decent discount. Free shipping on the unit was a big plus. It arrived quickly, maybe 4 days. The AC works well, cools down the room fast. For what I paid, it definitely felt worth it. Happy with the purchase, saved some cash.

So happy with this purchase!

I ordered a Della 18,000 BTU Ductless Mini Split Air Conditioner for my garage workshop and it's fantastic! Shipping was quick, arrived in 5 days to Phoenix, and the unit works perfectly. It cools the space down so fast, even in this heat. I really appreciate the quiet operation too. I'm telling all my friends about Della and will definitely shop here again for future climate control needs!

Fast delivery, works well

Ordered a Single Zone Mini Split. Shipping was quick. Unit works as expected. No issues so far, though the remote feels a bit cheap.
